Have questions about our beach setups? We've shared some of our most frequently asked questions to help you out!
How Does It Work?
Choose the date and how many guests you have, and we'll set up EVERYTHING you need to have the best beach day of your life.

Packages include EVERYTHING you need from chairs, to games, to sun cover, to sunscreen and everything in between.

All rentals span from 10am-4pm which is the optimal amount of time for a beach day on Anna Maria Island.

How Do I Book?
All bookings are completed online. Simply select the date, and the amount of people, and we’ll handle the rest. There is no payment required to book online and one of our beach concierge team members will be in touch with you following your reservation to cover all details.
What If I Have An Odd Number Of People In My Party?
That’s easy! Simply fill out the form and one of our in house team members will get in touch to assist you.
How Do I Choose A Spot?
Once you book your reservation online, one of our beach concierge team members will be in touch to help coordinate the spot that works best for you and your party.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BEACH SETUP ITEMS?
Our service is designed to be the ultimate beach experience that includes everything you need to have an amazing beach day with your family and friends. All of our packages include chairs, tables, umbrellas sunscreen (and other beach essentials), coolers, ice, bluetooth speakers, games, and everything else you would need. Because all of the items are pre-packed and ready to go for our beach setup crews, customization is not allowed.
Is Alcohol Allowed On The Beaches?
While alcohol (and any glass containers) are not permitted on any of the beaches on the island, we will direct you to this thread on tripadvisor:

Can I Bring My Own Food And Drinks?
Absolutely! We provide premium igloo coolers, ice, and bottled water (3, 16 oz bottles/person). If you would like to bring your own food and drinks, there will be extra space in the coolers for you to do so. Where Can I Have My Setup?
Any of the beaches on Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, Or Bradenton Beach. Once you book your date online, one of our beach concierge team members will be in touch to help coordinate the spot that works best for you and your party.
How Long Am I Able To Use My Setup/What Are The Hours?
​The way we’ve designed the service is to provide for the best, most stress free beach day possible. What we’ve found is that 4-6 hours at the beach is the optimal time and the best hours to be at the beach are between 10am-4pm based on customer feedback.
Can I Change My Hours?
​The way we’ve designed the service is to provide for the best, most stress free beach day possible. What we’ve found is that 4-6 hours at the beach is the optimal time and the best hours to be at the beach are between 10am-4pm based on customer feedback. At this time we only provide service for 10am-4pm beach day setups.
​What’s The Cancellation/Weather Policy?
Upon booking a reservation online with us, one of our beach concierge team members will be reaching out to cover the details of your reservation. Once the details are covered and agreed to, we will process a $100 deposit that will go toward your reservation. 

If light rain occurs we will still move forward with setting up your Beach Setup. In the event of thunderstorms, lightning or excessive winds (18 mph) you will be notified the night before or the morning of your booking. 

If winds exceed 18 mph, we are unable to setup the umbrellas. In that case, we will notify you and you can choose to either enjoy the beach day without the umbrellas/cabanas or you can receive a credit toward your next beach day with us.
What Are My Food Options?
There are lots of great options for enjoying food during your beach day. Our personal favorites include:
Bringing Your Own Lunch/Publix Pub Subs (HIGHLY recommend the chicken tender pub sub).
  • This is a great option for parties of all different types. And because all of our beach setups include premium Igloo coolers and ice, you can ensure your food will stay fresh for the duration of the day.
Visit A Restaurant.
  • AMI is home to all sorts of great restaurants, many of which are accessible by foot when exiting the beach. If you have any questions, your beach concierge can tell you what restaurants will be available when we help choose your location.
Food Delivery
  • There are two separate restaurants that will deliver the food to you on the beach. Their menus and contact information is provided as part of your welcome service. Simply provide the cross street of your beach entrance (also part of our welcome service) and they’ll do the rest.
​Do you offer parking?
AMI has lots of public beach parking across the island and we can setup at any beach access point you would like. When you speak with our beach concierge team member we will cover this information in more detail.
How Will I Know My Beach Setup Is Ready For Me?
Your beach host will send out an auto-confirmation text/email with a picture of your setup when it’s complete. Setups will be ready by 10am but often times, sooner.
Do You Do Events?
Absolutely! We can customize any Beach setup to create the perfect event for your party.
What Do I Do When I’m Ready To Leave?
​When you’re ready to leave, simply text your host and we’ll take over from there.
